Bob Kardon is an advisor to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. With over 30 years of executive director experience in the nonprofit sector, his work centers on helping nonprofits strategically plan and re-envision their organizations.
He has extensive experience in board development, fund raising, program creation, training design and delivery, retreat facilitation and proposal writing. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, including, human service providers, nonprofit management assistance centers, grant makers, school districts, universities, county agencies, and community organizations The scope of his projects has included international, national, and state-level organizations, as well as regional groups and local nonprofits.
